TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• I do not make Refunds, unless it is impossible for me to do so due to personal problems, where you will be notified.

• Payment must be complete in full.

• The art will always have a signature in which it should not be modified.

• You will be added to the list as soon as your payment is confirmed.

• The quote is only valid for 30 days.

• The reference must be 2D, if it is 3D it must have the color palette separate.

• Custom will be charged an extra price.

• The character to be drawn must be your own or have permission from the character's owner

• If you want your character to be accompanied by one of my ocs, this will be charged as an extra.

• Your order is delayed for a maximum of 2 months, these begin counting when you are notified that your order is in process.

• The order may take more than two months if your physical product.

• Changes are only allowed in wipp.

• You will have only 3 corrections in the wipp

• Any wipp rejected, I will have the right to reuse it on any personal occasion.

• If your character is very complex, there will be an extra charge.

• Work scheduled for an upcoming date will have an extra charge and will be taken as a priority order

• Work from Monday to Thursday, with breaks.

• I only accept payments by paypal.

• My payment is in dollars.

• Charged for each extra character and background.

• I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

• Stickers for Telegram are sent in PNG size 1500x 1500.

• If you do not want your order to be published on my social networks, you have to inform me beforehand, this will have an extra cost.
